District servers and databases are backed up using an off-premises cloud based scenario.

In the event of a cybersecurity incident (a breach of network, compromised data, or threat of such) the district will quickly evaluate and proceed accordingly. This will include but is not limited to the use of the district’s purchased cybersecurity insurance policy.

The district’s IS department will continually review user activity, district’s technology security features, and policies to ensure the acceptable use of the usage of internet access, email, and the district’s network as it pertains to usage via computers, tablets, and other devices (including access to the network outside of district walls).
