The district presented the findings of its CEIP at a public board of commissioner’s meeting on December 7, 2021, as part of a public hearing. The district took comments at this meeting and considered them if appropriate before finalizing the draft CEIP report on December 7, 2021.

At the December 7, 2021, board meeting the board adopted the resolution codified in this chapter.

Customers responded to survey questions posted to the district’s website. The survey results are provided in the binder.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions with public gathering the district sought input from community groups on equitable transition and identification of highly impacted communities and vulnerable populations. (Res. 1448, 2021)
